The Ingredients in BarleyLife Xtra


BarleyLife Xtra contains eighteen fruits and vegetables and comes in a green powder.

The following is a list of those fruits and veggies, along with some of their important qualities.

1) Apple - Apples are a good source of Vitamin C. It's one of the major reasons BarleyLife Xtra has over one-third of your daily requirements of Vitamin C. Apples are also a good source of antioxidants (cancer fighters) and have been linked to lower cholesterol levels.
