The Truth About Chocolate Milk


A microbiologist who used to work for a major milk manufacturer, revealed each week a fleet of trucks would come to his plant, with the milk for the chocolate milk.

It was out-of-date milk, spoiled and soured, removed from the stores.

The plant would repasteurize the milk and add sugar, high fructose corn syrup and chocolate syrup, in order to hide the sour taste.

Then the repackaged milk is shipped back to the stores as well as the schools, so kids can get milk "that does a body good."
