Treating Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder with Saturated Fats

Children who were diagnosed as suffering from Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADD / ADHD) have been successfully treated by re-introducing natural saturated fats into their diets.

Saturated fats are things such as whole cream, animal fat and coconut oil. Avocados and grass-fed butter are other examples of healthy, saturated fat.

Your brain is made largely of fat, consisting of around seventy percent of fat.
