Avoiding Sunshine Could Mean Early Death In Women

A major study shows women who avoid the sun may have a higher mortality rate, than those who sunbathe on a regular basis.

While any activity in the sun lowered mortality by twenty to thirty percent, the more activities the better, maxing out at a forty-seven percent decrease in death.

The Bottom Line: Sunshine is essential to human health.
