Better Reading and Memory For Kids

According to a new study from Oxford University, Omega 3 is linked to cognition and behavior in schoolchildren with below average reading ability.

This large study evaluated healthy, but underperforming children, finding blood serum levels to be low in LC 0-3 or Omega 3.

Omega 3 and DHA are critical for normal brain and nervous system development. However, the typical western diet tends to be much higher in omega-6 fatty acids than omega-3 fatty acids (Linus Pauling Institute).

Foods that are high in omega-3 include flaxseed, chia seeds, eggs and grass-fed beef.

AIMega is an organic seed oil blend that provides a balanced source of Omega 3, 6 and 9.
