Adults Who Eat Eggs For Breakfast Lose More Weight

Researchers at Pennington Biomedical Research Center, on the campus of Louisiana State University, say eating eggs for breakfast helps overweight adults lose more weight and feel more energetic.

This supports a previous study, which showed that people who ate eggs for breakfast felt more satisfied and ate fewer calories at the following meal.

Could it be the fat and cholesterol increases ketone production, which has been shown to discourage hunger and provide more energy?
