She Lost 30 Pounds After Removing Wheat From Her Diet

A friend of mine on Facebook has been following my blog posts about losing weight by going low carb and removing wheat from your diet.

The other day, she posted on my wall, "30lbs!"

Even better, she said she did it without exercising.

She also mentioned she had not been strict the entire time or she likely would have lost ten more pounds.

Ain't it great to lose weight, keep it off and be healthy too?
