The Skinny on Obesity: Drugs, Cigarettes, Alcohol and Sugar

Here’s the seventh and final of the "Skinny on Obesity" series.

One thing in regards to this video. When it comes to sugar, I'm not so sure we should regulate it.

Even though it may contribute to things like diabetes and obesity, I believe the key to solving those problems is education.

Educate consumers, have proper labeling on products (like they do on cigarettes) and let the marketplace decide on the success or failure of a particular product or ingredient.

And we can start by having the government tell consumers the truth about wheat, corn and grains.
