Kids Need 10 Times More Vitamin D

Lately, I've been reading about the health benefits of Vitamin D for kids.

I wanted to make sure my little man was getting enough of "The Sunshine Vitamin," because a deficiency in children has been linked to diabetes, obesity and more.

(In adults, a lack of Vitamin D has been linked to osteoporosis, breast cancer, colon cancer, prostate cancer, heart disease and depression.)

In fact, kids may need ten times more Vitamin D than what has been originally recommended.

Once the summer time gets here and Brady is going to the pool on a regular basis, he will be getting plenty of Vitamin D.
