The Flu Season Is Here
I've noticed quite a few people around me have been getting sick.
So I took a look at Google Flu Trends.
Yep, the United States is peaking in regards to flu incidence for the 2010 - 2011 season.

To avoid the flu this year, tighten up your diet and lifestyle.
