Four Foods That Burn Fat

Here's a quick list of four foods that can help your body burn the fat:

Whole Eggs - Choose free range, organic eggs. Full of good fats and nutrition. A very high source of protein as well. Make sure to to consume the entire egg, including the yoke, which is the healthiest part of the egg.

Beef - Try to get grass-fed meat, as the health of the animal affects the health of the meat for consumption. Soy and corn, which are not the natural diet of cattle, changes the chemical balance of fats and other nutrients in beef. Grain-fed beef is typically much too high in omega-6 fatty acids and too low in omega-3 fatty acids.

Avocados - The healthy fats and other nutrition helps your body maintain proper levels of hormones, which help with fat loss and muscle building. And since avocados are extremely satiating, consuming them helps reduce your appetite and cravings.

Nuts - A good source of fiber and protein, which helps to control blood sugar and aids in weight loss. Almonds are some of the best nuts to consume, along with walnuts, pecans and macadamia, to name a few. Peanuts, which can cause food allergies, are to be avoided.

There are a lot more foods that fit this category of fat burning foods. But this is a good list to get you started.
