Do You Need A Gym Membership To Get A Good Workout?


No money for a gym membership? 

Not enough time during the day to workout? 

No problem.

If you're creative, you can come up with a few body weight exercises, in order to get a good workout from home.

I walk with our black Lab several times a week. I also jog several days. 

Once a week, I run sprints at the nearby park. I also fit in some body weight exercises, such as push-ups and hindu squats, at home.

Another exercise I like to do is ride my bike. I'll put our little boy in his bike seat, get a bottle of water, and hit the bike/jogging/walking trail about a mile away.

What kind of creative exercises can you come up with, in order to get in a good workout from home?
