Fruits and Veggies Lacking in Diets

Teenage nutrition gets a failing grade according to findings from the CDC. Their research shows nine out of ten teens are not eating the daily recommended servings of fruits and vegetables.

One possible reason is parents are doing a poor job of setting a good example. 

The CDC's adult survey showed only 27 percent get the recommended three servings of vegetables per day and 33 percent get the two servings of fruit.
