Low-Carb Deep Dish Pizza

4 oz. cream cheese (1/2 package)

4 eggs

⅓ cup heavy cream

¼ cup parmesan cheese (freshly grated)

1 Tablespoon chives

½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

4 cups mozzarella cheese

½ cup pizza sauce

Any pizza toppings of your choice:
  • pepperoni
  • canadian bacon
  • ground beef, cooked and drained
  • onion
  • bell peppers
  • mushrooms
  • black olives

Preheat oven to 375º. 

Beat together cream cheese and eggs until smooth. Add cream, parmesan cheese, spices and mix again. 

Spray 9 x 13 baking dish with non-stick spray. Layer 2 cups cheese, then pour egg mixture over it.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Let stand 5 minutes. 

Spread on pizza sauce. Sprinkle 2 cups mozzarella cheese and pile high with the toppings of your choice. Bake until bubbly and browning.

Serves six (unless you have teenagers!).
