It's Not You, Oprah. It's The Diet.

"How did I let this happen again?"

Oprah asked herself that last year, after putting back on forty pounds.

"I had literally starved myself for four months - not a morsel of food," Winfrey said in 2005.

"Two hours after that show, I started eating to celebrate - of course, within two days those jeans no longer fit!"

The weight came back within two years. She was so disgusted she claimed she'd never diet again.

Here's a better alternative. It's called a low carbohydrate diet.

You don't starve. You don't count calories. And no industrial food-like substances. You eat real food.

Do you know anyone who is ready to lose that weight? And wants to try something different?
