How Long Are You Going To Live?

The difference between staying well and getting well is about twenty-five years. Well, maybe thirty-five years.

When you are in your twenties, you can do almost anything to your body and get away with it. How many of us are walking proof of that?

By the time you reach your sixties, you may wish you had done more to prevent the illnesses you might be facing now. There is still lots of hope. It's by no means too late when you are sixty. It's simply easier when you are twenty-five years old.
