How Sugar Causes Food Allergies

Eating sugar and refined flour causes food allergies through the following process:

Sugar is ingested.

The sugar upsets the body's homeostasis by causing a mineral imbalance.

A mineral imbalance causes the enzymes to malfunction.

As a result, any food eaten with the sugar does not digest and break down.

The food stays in the intestine and putrefies.
