She Could Barely Walk

She could barely walk.

The pain was constant.

Her ankle stayed swollen.

Some days… worse than others.

She couldn’t go to people anymore.

Clients had to come to her.

Then something small happened.

Someone handed her something simple.

She wasn’t expecting much.

But she kept going.

Day by day.

Then one day…

the pain was gone.

The swelling too.

She could walk again.

Like she used to.

Now she walks every day.

Six kilometers.
