How People Actually Take BarleyLife Xtra
There really isn’t one “right” way to take BarleyLife Xtra.
Most people eventually settle into whatever fits their routine best.
A few common ways people take it:
- First thing in the morning
- Between meals
- During the afternoon when energy drops
Many people start with one tablespoon once or twice a day.
Then adjust from there.
Everyone is different.
As for taste...
Some people mix it with water.
Others prefer apple juice or white grape juice.
A few eventually take it straight and wash it down with water.
For kids, juice usually makes things easier.
That’s what we’ve always done in our family.
