Things Didn’t Go the Way Everyone Expected
I have a good friend named Janice Gravely.
But to me, she was always Mrs. Gravely.
By her mid-70s, her health was getting worse.
Her family was even considering hiring a full-time nurse.
At the time, she was dealing with several health problems that often come with age.
Then one day, someone introduced her to the idea that nutrition might matter more than she realized.
So she started making small changes.
Nothing extreme.
Just simple things she could do consistently.
One of them was adding BarleyLife to her daily routine.
Over time…
things slowly began to change.
She started feeling stronger.
More like herself again.
And the full-time nurse her family had talked about?
She never needed one.
Mrs. Gravely eventually lived well into her 90s.
Still active.
Still traveling.
Still speaking.
Still painting.
Sometimes people notice changes that are hard to explain.
This is her story.
Janice Gravely was a UCLA graduate and international speaker.
She wrote the book “Won’t Somebody Help Me!”, the story of how she crash-landed a plane after her husband died from a heart attack while at the controls, despite not knowing how to fly.
Her story was featured by Paul Harvey and appeared in Reader’s Digest, Guideposts, and other publications.
