About
Laura, Brady, and Paul
Emerald Isle, North Carolina
When I was in college, my grandfather died of cancer. After eight months of chemotherapy and Hospice care, he passed away in his home. I was there the morning the funeral home came and took away his lifeless body.
A few years later, my father died of cancer. He spent the last eight years of his life needing a machine just to help him breathe. He was frustrated and miserable in those final years.
After these experiences, I said to myself, "I don't want to end up like that."
I want to grow old with my wife.
I want to rebound the basketball for my son.
That's my background.
How about you?
