What Are Ketones?
Ketones are compounds created by your body when it burns stored fat for energy.
When your diet is low in carbohydrates, your body responds to the lowered levels of blood sugar by switching to another source of energy.
Your body then converts fatty acids in the liver to ketones. Ketones become the main source of energy, as long as your blood sugar levels remain low.
So to burn fat, keep your daily carbohydrate levels in the fifty to eighty grams range. Be sure to include plenty of low-starch vegetables in order to give your body plenty of nutrition, fiber and alkalizing minerals.
Isn't this a better way to lose weight, especially if you don't have time to exercise every day?
